Introduction / Specification :
Rubber Extender Oil Light, Medium and Heavy are high aromatic type oil and produced during the solvent extraction for the production of lubricating base oil at the Refinery. These are dark coloured oil and have good solvency for which they are compatible with most of the rubber polymers.
Application / Composition :
Rubber Extender Oil Light, Medium and Heavy, are used in the manufacture of automobile tyres, thread rubber, belting, battery cases, rubber bushes and other dark coloured rubber goods etc. where colour is not an important factor.
Performance Level of Morgan Bearing Oil :
Rubber Extender Oil Light, Medium and Heavy are ASTM 101 Type oil.

Introduction / Specification :
Rubber Process Oil P 32, 68, 220 and 460 are predominantly paraffinic type rubber process oil and are blended from selected highly solvent refined base stocks of low sulphur content and with high viscosity index and low evaporation loss. These light coloured oil are having good colour stability during long storage.
Application / Composition :
Rubber Process Oil P 32, 68, 220 and 460 are used in the manufacture of various rubber oil products from both natural as well as synthetic rubber are preferred by the manufacturers of automotive rubber tubes based on synthetic rubber such as butyl / ethylene propylene rubber.
Performance Level :
Rubber Process Oil P 32, 68, 220 and 460 are ASTM 104 Type oil.

Introduction / Specification :
Rubber Spray Oil is a greenish coloured low viscosity oil developed with special additives for use in rubber plantation to combat the severe attack of fungus â€PHYTOPHTHORAâ€, which causes the abnormal leaf fall resulting in loss of latex yield.
Application / Composition :
Rubber Spray Oil is applied in the neat form of oil by mini sprayer or by aerial spraying to combat the attack of fungus on the rubber plantation.
Performance Level :
Rubber Spray Oil has the unique property of spreading of the oil easily and uniformly on the leaf surfaces and leaf stalks. The oil does not permit to be easily washed out.
